Katy Butterwick

Katy ButterwickIn September 2024 the Cullen Trust for Health Care welcomed its first Executive Director, Katy Butterwick, to the organization. Prior to joining CTHC, Katy served as Vice President of Strategy at The Hackett Center for Mental Health and as a Senior Program Officer in the grants division of the Episcopal Health Foundation. Her areas of expertise include early relational health, health systems, behavioral health, and reproductive health including equitable upstream preventive approaches. She brings 25 years of experience in the non-profit arena where she has worked in operations, communications, program management, fundraising, and leadership development. Katy is a native Houstonian and graduate of Bellaire High School. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in art history, studying as a Murchison Scholar at Trinity University in San Antonio and as a Rotary International Scholar at the University of Edinburgh in Edinburgh, Scotland.
